Julian qualified as a barrister and solicitor in his native Australia at the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the High Court of Australia in 1996. He is dual qualified and is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales. He has practiced family law in England since January 2000.
Since 2002, Julian has concentrated on resolving financial disputes involving high net worth individuals and families with significant wealth held in a variety of different structure or vehicles and juristictions. Julian also regularly works with individuals with a modest to "comfortable" income. He has extensive experience in family law dealing with a broad spectrum of matters including divorce , financial matters , children matters , separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements , postnuptial agreements and financial provision for children of unmarried couples or civil partnerships.
Julian understands that divorce and separation is a difficult time in an individual's life and does his best to ensure that his advice and approach assists and does not inflame a tricky situation. His approach is best described as "aggressive pragmatism".
