Kate understands the true pressures that breakdown places upon her clients. She is quick to grasp the key issues in a case and always gives early, sensible and practical advice. Kate will fight her client’s corner hard when required to do so.
Kate trained at the West End law firm, Davenport Lyons where she gained experience in family law, litigation, property and tax.
On qualification in September 2006 Kate joined the top tier London family practice, Hughes Fowler Carruthers where she worked on a number of high profile cases. Kate has a wide cross-section of experience in dealing with complex money disputes, cases with multi-jurisdictional issues, trusts and children matters.
Kate believes in taking a practical approach and helping her clients to cut through the issues to enable them to reach agreement as soon as possible. If it is not possible to negotiate a settlement then Kate also has experience in taking cases to final hearing.
