A very knowledgeable practitioner who puts herself out for her clients. She can be robust but always gives practical advice, seeking a fair solution.

Katherine Rayden qualified into boutique London firm Sears Tooth before moving to Farrer & Co. Katherine set up Rayden solicitors in 2005 and built it to become the firm it is today.

Katherine has a hands-on approach to all her cases and will, where appropriate, conduct her own advocacy on interlocutory hearings.

Katherine has extensive experience in divorce, complex money disputes and matters concerning children . Although some of her cases have gone to trial in recent years most cases have settled without the need to go to a final hearing. This has been possible because Katherine has been able to draw upon the many cases she has handled in order to achieve the most sensible and cost-effective solution for her clients.

Katherine is a member of both the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and the Advanced Family Law Panel demonstrating her practical experience and expertise in general aspects of family law and also in more complex areas, namely those cases involving emergency procedures and substantial assets.
