Nadia trained at a multi-office high street firm in Essex and qualified as a family specialist into Pictons LLP, a large regional firm in the South-East. She has practised family law exclusively since qualification in 2005 developing a broad-based family practice both in the Principal Registry and local county courts. She has often represented clients at interlocutory hearings. Nadia takes a sympathetic but firm and pragmatic approach with clients. She prides herself on guiding and supporting clients in finding resolution to their difficulties whether by agreement or through the courts.
Nadia joined the firm in 2008, becoming a partner on 1st March 2010. In 2011 Nadia stepped back from fee earning work and took on the role of Managing Partner to oversee client care, business development, compliance and marketing for the firm. Since then Nadia has implemented the firm's marketing strategy including spearheading the development of the new website. She has coordinated successful entries for the Legal 500 and, most recently, The Law Society Excellence Awards for which Rayden Solicitors has been shortlisted under Equality and Diversity. She continues to work to maintain Rayden Solicitors' excellent client care record and to raise our profile throughout Hertfordshire, London and abroad.
